Engineer - HBM Verification

Role Summary

Join a Memory Design Verification team responsible for verification of High Bandwidth Memory (HBM) and emerging memory architectures. The role drives pre-silicon verification activities, collaborates with global design and verification teams, and improves verification quality and efficiency using automation and AI-assisted tools.

Experience Level

Entry-level / early-career. Posting requests a minimum of 2+ years of pre-silicon design verification experience.

Responsibilities

Key deliverables and day-to-day activities:

• Lead verification efforts in assigned technical areas and define verification strategies and execution plans.
• Develop, execute, and debug pre-silicon verification environments, test benches, test cases, and simulation regressions.
• Create verification stimulus and coverage plans to improve functional coverage for HBM and related memory architectures.
• Collaborate with global design and verification teams to analyze results, resolve design issues, and refine verification flows.
• Apply AI-assisted tools and automation to improve productivity, coverage analysis, and debugging efficiency.

Requirements

Must-have skills and experience are listed below; preferred items follow.

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in pre-silicon design verification.
• Proficiency in developing, establishing, and simulating verification environments and test benches.
• Understanding of digital circuit fundamentals, simulation techniques, troubleshooting, and design evaluation.
• Experience developing verification test cases and stimulus to improve functional coverage.
• Experience or interest in applying automation and AI-assisted verification tools.
• Preferred: familiarity with UVM, Design for Test (DFT) concepts, timing/data-path analysis, end-to-end full-chip verification, and verification of designs with strict power, performance, and bandwidth requirements.

Education Requirements

Bachelor of Engineering (BE) or Master of Technology (MTech) in Electronics Engineering or a related field.
