Engineer, GQ Ops - Reliability Process
Role Summary
Responsible for managing and improving reliability stress-test and package-qualification processes to ensure product integrity and timely delivery. Works within the GQ Operations team to qualify equipment, maintain process documentation, and support cross-functional qualification activities.

Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include managing test programs, maintaining process controls, and driving improvements.
- Own end-to-end management of reliability stress tests and package qualification activities (e.g., thermal cycling, HAST, HTS, CSAM).
- Maintain and improve process of record (POR) and standard operating procedures for assigned reliability tests.
- Lead qualification and process buy-off for new equipment or layout changes; coordinate enablement with Facilities and GEL.
- Define process windows, control plans, and reaction mechanisms to prevent excursions and protect product integrity.
- Drive continuous improvement to improve throughput, turnaround time, and process stability.
- Collaborate with Quality, NPI, Product Engineering, and Equipment Engineering to support qualification efforts.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, audit requirements, and EHS guidelines in lab operations.
- Analyze process performance data, identify trends, and drive corrective actions using statistical and AI-assisted techniques.
- Integrate AI-assisted tools and share AI-enabled improvements within scope of work.
