Entry-level — minimum 2 years of hands-on embedded firmware development experience.
Responsibilities
Primary duties for this role include firmware development, tool creation, and cross-team support.
- Design and implement embedded firmware for optical module platforms (QSFP-DD, OSFP, CFP).
- Develop software tools, test scripts, and GUIs to support debugging, validation, and lab testing.
- Support firmware verification, validation, troubleshooting, and RMA analysis of field issues.
- Maintain and improve firmware codebase: documentation, version control, and upgrade management.
- Work closely with hardware, optics, and test engineering to meet product specifications and reliability targets.
