Engineer, FECOS cPIE (Standardization & Metrics)
Role Summary
The Engineer, FECOS cPIE Standardization & Metrics is accountable for defining, measuring, and driving standardization of Best-Know-Methods (BKMs) across fabs to improve yield, efficiency, and program scalability. The role partners across front-end fabs, process, quality, supply chain, and global teams to develop metrics, automate data workflows, and implement organizational change to increase adoption and impact.

Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities focus on standardization, metrics, cross-functional collaboration, and automation to improve program effectiveness and yield.
- Drive alignment and standardization of Best-Know-Methods (BKMs) across multiple fabs.
- Develop SMART metrics to measure standardization, sustainability, scalability, synchronization, and adoption of BKMs.
- Identify gaps in current programs and use metrics to improve effectiveness and efficiency of deliverables.
- Transform yield SEAL and SWAT activities to support FECOS missions and improve resource leverage.
- Apply organizational change management methods to accelerate adoption and capture program ROI.
- Design and implement automation and AI solutions to eliminate inefficiency and increase productivity.
- Collaborate with multi-functional teams on yield reporting and business-process optimization with clear roles and responsibilities.
- Standardize metric definitions, enable data automation and visualization, and monitor metric performance and adoption.
- Engage team members, drive accountability and performance through clear communication and feedback.
- Manage meeting structures to ensure efficient, outcome-driven collaboration across internal and global teams.
- Maintain awareness of equipment and materials safety concerns and apply site safety resources proactively.
- Travel to Micron sites as necessary for face-to-face collaboration.
