Engineer, FECOS cPIE
Role Summary
The FECOS cPIE Standardization & Metrics Engineer drives alignment and standardization of Best-Know-Methods (BKMs) across fabrication sites and develops metrics to measure standardization, sustainability, scalability and synchronization of those BKMs. The role works with cross-functional teams to improve yield programs, automate processes, and accelerate adoption of standardized practices.

Responsibilities
The engineer will lead standardization efforts, define and track metrics, and support organizational change to increase adoption and program effectiveness.
- Drive alignment and standardization of BKMs across multiple fabs.
- Develop and implement SMART metrics to measure program standardization, sustainability, scalability, synchronization and adoption.
- Identify gaps in current programs and recommend actions to improve effectiveness and efficiency.
- Transform yield SEAL and SWATs to meet FECOS objectives and improve resource/talent leverage.
- Apply organizational change management methods to increase speed of adoption and capture ROI.
- Promote team alignment on metric definitions, data automation, visualization, and performance monitoring.
- Collaborate with multi-functional teams on yield reporting and business-process optimization with clear roles and responsibilities.
- Drive productivity improvements and reduce inefficiencies through automation and AI solutions.
- Manage internal and global meeting structures to ensure efficient, outcome-driven meetings.
- Maintain awareness of equipment and materials safety concerns and apply corporate/site safety resources as needed.
- Travel to Micron sites as necessary for face-to-face collaboration.

Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field of study is required.
Preferred Technologies & Tools
Preferred but not required tools and skills mentioned in the posting.

- Experience with data automation and AI-driven productivity improvements.
