Job Title

Engineer eNVM Device Data Analysis

Role Summary

Develop and maintain data analysis tools and reports for wafer test data and electrical characterization of devices. Work with cross-functional teams to identify yield limitations, perform root-cause correlation across test, process and manufacturing data, and support transfer of new products and technologies into production.

Experience Level

Mid-level. The posting does not specify years of experience; early professional experience in semiconductor test, data analysis or electrical characterization is considered an advantage.

Responsibilities

Core responsibilities include data analysis, reporting, and collaboration to improve yield and product ramp.

  • Develop and maintain data-analysis tools and reporting templates for wafer test data.
  • Analyze electrical characterization data for NVM, memory, logic, mixed-signal and RF products.
  • Identify yield limitations and recommend optimization actions.
  • Correlate test, technology and manufacturing data for root-cause analysis.
  • Produce yield, Pareto, bitmap and customer reports.
  • Collaborate with Technology Development, Yield Engineering, Quality and Manufacturing teams.
  • Support transfer of new products and technologies into production.

Requirements

Must-have skills are listed first; additional desirable qualifications follow.
