Responsibilities

Own verification activities for DRAM and emerging memory features, using AI-assisted and automated flows to accelerate verification and debugging.

• Simulate, analyze, and debug pre-silicon block-level and full-chip designs.
• Develop test cases, stimuli, test benches, and test vectors to increase functional coverage.
• Run regressions and coverage analysis; iterate to close coverage gaps.
• Leverage AI-based tools, agentic workflows, and automation frameworks to speed verification and improve debug efficiency.
• Collaborate with international teams to develop new verification flows and methodology.
• Support verification across DRAM and other emerging memory architectures and features.

Must-have:

• Experience with pre-silicon functional verification (block and full-chip).
• Familiarity with simulation tools and flows, including Verilog and SPICE simulations.
• Ability to develop and maintain test benches, test vectors, and regression suites.
• Analytical capability for complex gate-level circuit designs and basic CMOS circuit understanding.
• Experience using AI-based tools, agentic workflows, or automation frameworks to accelerate verification or debugging.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in teams.

Nice-to-have:

• Experience with verification of DRAM or other memory architectures and features.
• Familiarity with coverage-driven verification and silicon learning loops.
