Role Summary

Perform pre-silicon verification for DRAM and emerging memory designs by developing verification methodology, test benches, and test cases. Drive automation and AI-assisted flows to accelerate verification cycles and improve debug efficiency across simulation and silicon learning loops. Collaborate with international teams within Micron's DRAM verification organization.

Responsibilities

Deliver verification activities for DRAM design projects and contribute to methodology and environment development.

• Simulate, analyze, and debug pre-silicon block-level and full-chip designs.
• Develop test cases, stimuli, test benches, and test vectors to increase functional coverage for DRAM and emerging memory features.
• Run regressions and perform coverage analysis; iterate to improve test coverage and debug efficiency.
• Leverage AI-based tools, agentic workflows, and automation frameworks to shorten verification cycle time and improve debug across simulation and silicon loops.
• Collaborate with international colleagues to develop new verification flows and methodologies for advanced memory products.

Requirements

Key technical skills and abilities required to perform the role.

• Must-have: Familiarity with SPICE and Verilog simulations; experience developing and maintaining test benches and test vectors.
• Must-have: Ability to simulate, analyze, and debug pre-silicon designs and understand gate-level circuit behavior.
• Must-have: Basic understanding of CMOS circuit design and digital/mixed-signal verification concepts.
• Must-have: Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Nice-to-have: Experience with AI-assisted or agentic verification workflows, automation frameworks, or coverage-driven verification for DRAM/emerging memory.
• Nice-to-have: Prior work on full-chip verification or advanced memory architectures and features.
