Role Summary
Design and implement embedded machine learning software, compilers, kernels, and runtimes to run neural network models efficiently on Qualcomm hardware. Work with cross-functional teams, including AI processor hardware engineers, to deliver SDKs, tools, and high-performance implementations for mobile, edge, automotive and IoT products.

Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include developing embedded ML software and optimizing performance and power for on-device inference.
- Develop end-to-end embedded AI software stack to run neural network models on Qualcomm hardware with optimal resource usage.
- Design and enhance ML/AI compilers, kernels, and runtime software to improve performance and power efficiency.
- Collaborate with AI processor hardware team to implement new ML operators and leverage next-generation hardware capabilities.
- Develop debugging and profiling tools and deliver user-friendly SDKs for customers to deploy use cases rapidly.
- Drive engineering improvements and performance optimizations for production deployment.
Requirements
Key technical skills and experience required or strongly preferred.
