Support development, qualification, and high-volume manufacturing ramp of DRAM products. The role applies AI techniques to product bring-up, yield learning, electrical characterization, and failure analysis while coordinating across design, process, manufacturing, test, and quality teams.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include product bring-up, yield and failure analysis, ramp support, and cross-functional collaboration.

• Support product bring up from first silicon through qualification; implement electrical characterization and validation to meet specifications.
• Analyze parametric and test data to identify design or process sensitivities and recommend fixes.
• Monitor yield performance, identify systematic and random yield limiters, and drive root-cause corrective actions.
• Support failure analysis and correlate test, fab, and design data to isolate failure mechanisms.
• Support manufacturing ramp and work with global fabs to stabilize production output, cycle time, and cost.
• Collaborate with design, process integration, test, quality, and reliability teams, and act as a liaison between Product and Security teams.
• Maintain clear documentation, present technical updates, and drive data-driven decisions using large engineering datasets.

Requirements

Minimum required skills and experience.

• Proven ability to leverage AI-assisted tools for engineering analysis, automation, troubleshooting, and documentation with appropriate human validation and data security practices.
• Experience developing, implementing, configuring, and troubleshooting enterprise security technologies and controls.
• Hands-on expertise with endpoint protection, firewalls, proxies, or other enterprise security solutions.
• Experience in security research, threat analysis, and designing effective security architectures and solutions.
• Ability to develop technical requirements, implementation plans, and to drive cross-functional corrective actions.
• Strong data-analysis skills and experience working with large datasets from fab, test, and product systems.
• Nice-to-have: experience developing secure systems/firmware and prior work in high-tech manufacturing environments.
