Responsibilities

- Develop DRAM cell and access device technologies to improve density, retention, and disturb immunity.
- Design and perform silicon experiments; conduct detailed electrical characterization and data analysis.
- Analyze array-level behaviors and collaborate with circuit teams to optimize operation sequences.
- Integrate with process, integration, and product teams to ensure scalability and robustness of solutions.
- Contribute to the technology roadmap and benchmark internal capabilities against industry standards.
Requirements

Must-have: Solid understanding of semiconductor device physics (MOSFETs, access devices, capacitors).
