Division Ebeam Regional Applications Development Engineer

Role Summary

Provide applications development and technical support for EBeam systems across the region. Work with customers and internal engineering, marketing, and product teams to resolve production issues, qualify systems, and document best-known methods.

Experience Level

Mid-level. Preferred experience ranges: MS holders ~2–9 years; PhD holders ~1–5 years.

Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities include customer-facing projects, system characterization, and technical enablement.

• Own and execute customer-facing and development projects.
• Set up, optimize, and troubleshoot process recipes to resolve critical production issues.
• Manage customer escalations and support system demonstrations and final acceptance.
• Train customers and onboard new applications engineers.
• Provide technical application support across pre-sales and post-sales activities.
• Communicate new technologies and application updates to marketing and engineering teams.
• Characterize next-generation systems through DOE-based experiments and data analysis.
• Document results as application notes and best-known methods (BKM).
