Role Summary
Member of Qualcomm's Display and Graphics Software Customer Engineering team supporting customers integrating, customizing, debugging, and bringing up display and graphics software on Snapdragon platforms.
Work focuses on Linux-based display/graphics stacks, device drivers, kernel and OS/framework interaction, hardware interfaces, and customer-facing technical support and training. Travel to customer sites and Qualcomm offices may be required.

Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include customer support, software integration, debugging, and collaboration with internal teams.
- Provide technical support to OEM customers for display and graphics software on Qualcomm embedded platforms.

- Diagnose and debug issues at driver, kernel, and system levels using JTAG and other tools.
- Work with hardware interfaces, GPU/display processors, and related subsystems.
- Perform performance profiling and optimization for OS/system and graphics workloads.
- Deliver training, documentation, and direct on-site support to customers as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex hardware/software integration issues.
