Role Summary

Lead the technical program for partners' SoC development to ensure delivery of Arm's advanced designs from concept to production. Manage cross-functional engineering, validation, and partner teams to meet schedule, quality, and performance targets.

Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Own on-time delivery of advanced Arm designs from concept through production.
  • Manage technical tradeoffs and drive alignment between internal teams and partners across architecture, front-end design, physical design, packaging, software, silicon validation, test, product engineering, quality, and post-silicon operations.
  • Manage resolution of change requests (features, quality, design efficiency).
  • Serve as program point of contact internally and externally; communicate program status, risks, issues, and mitigation plans to multi-functional and executive stakeholders.

Requirements

Must-have technical and leadership qualifications:

  • Proven experience managing large, complex SoC or subsystem designs from concept to production.
  • Expertise in power/performance use cases, system modeling, chip design and test, PPA tradeoffs, foundry process technology, package design, and post-silicon bring-up.
  • In-depth knowledge of SoC design principles, methodologies, and tool flows.
  • Extensive experience in post-silicon qualification, foundry process issues, device performance, yield detractors, product test, and system-level integration.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills, and business insight; proven experience communicating with C-level executives.

Nice-to-have:

  • Strong SoC design experience as a chip lead.
  • Experience managing a portfolio of SoCs across multiple market segments (mobile, compute, automotive, PC).
  • Transformative leadership skills with ability to articulate vision and influence outcomes across organizations and partners.

Education Requirements

Bachelor's degree or higher, or equivalent practical experience. Preferred fields: Computer Science or Electrical Engineering.
