Role Summary
Senior technical program leader responsible for executing complex SoC/ASIC programs and establishing a world-class PMO for global engineering delivery. The role combines hands-on program execution with PMO design, process standardization, and executive stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities
Lead and govern strategic silicon programs and create scalable PMO capabilities across a global organization.
- Lead end-to-end silicon programs from architecture through tape-out, silicon bring-up, and commercialization.
- Drive program planning, schedule and risk management, and governance across cross-functional teams.
- Build, scale, and standardize PMO processes, dashboards, metrics, and executive reporting frameworks.
- Improve execution predictability through best practices, automation, and AI-enabled tooling for program tracking and reporting.
- Partner with engineering executives, business leaders, and global stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of multiple chip development cycles.

- 18+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry (must-have).
- Proven track record managing multiple successful chip/SoC development cycles.
- Deep understanding of SoC/ASIC development flows and silicon program management.
- Experience building or transforming PMOs within large engineering organizations.
- Strong executive presence, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.
- Demonstrated focus on process improvement, automation, and scalable execution frameworks.
- Willingness to travel (~10% required) and work regular daytime shift hours.
