Requirements

Must-have technical credibility with analog designers, demonstrated product ownership, and proven ability to influence cross-functional teams.

  • Deep, hands-on knowledge of analog and mixed-signal circuit design topics (topologies, device-level design, sizing/biasing, layout/parasitics, PVT/corner behavior, verification methodology).
  • Proven ability to communicate credibly with senior analog circuit designers and influence technical practitioners.
  • 10+ years in the semiconductor/EDA industry, including 5+ years in product management, product marketing, or product-line ownership.
  • Demonstrated accountability for a product or product line (roadmap, requirements, pricing/packaging, go-to-market, adoption, revenue).
  • Strong executive communication and ability to lead by influence across R&D, sales, and marketing.
  • Nice-to-have: prior hands-on analog/mixed-signal design experience; familiarity with Virtuoso and custom IC flows; experience with AI/ML-assisted design tools; knowledge of EDA commercial models; prior people-management experience; MBA or equivalent commercial experience.
