Role Summary
Lead product management for platform software and ecosystem enablement across Arm platforms focused on mobile and consumer compute. Drive requirements, enablement priorities, and readiness across reference platforms, firmware, OS, and tooling to ensure Arm technologies are validated and adoptable by partners.

Responsibilities
Own strategy and execution to make Arm platform innovations available and validated in partner software environments.
- Define and drive platform software, firmware, and reference build enablement strategy for mobile and consumer compute segments.
- Engage customers, OEMs, silicon partners, and ecosystem teams to gather requirements and feedback.
- Translate market and partner needs into software requirements across firmware, platform software, OS enablement, and tooling.
- Align downstream validation (simulation, emulation, FPGA, testchip, reference platforms) with upstream ecosystem readiness.
- Drive software readiness for reference platforms used for demos, partner enablement, and customer engagement.
- Ensure features are supported in key stacks and release cycles, including Android and Linux (and other OS variants where relevant).
- Create operating models and traceability between architecture intent, implementation, validation, and ecosystem preparedness.
- Prioritise trade-offs across features, platforms, and release timelines and represent readiness to senior leadership and partners.
- Build and scale a team model for reference platform and firmware/platform enablement.

- Proven experience in software product leadership, platform software, or ecosystem enablement in a customer-facing environment.
- Strong understanding of system software, firmware, platform bring-up, and OS enablement.
- Experience defining strategy and executing on software that bridges early validation and productisation.
- Ability to translate technical capabilities into partner value, clear requirements, and roadmaps.
- Strong partner-management and cross-functional leadership skills; excellent written and verbal communication.
Nice-to-have / Preferred:
- Experience with Arm architecture, Arm-based SoCs, or Arm platform software.
- Familiarity with pre-silicon and post-silicon platform bring-up and reference platforms.
- Experience with Android upstreaming, kernel enablement, performance tooling, telemetry, power measurement, or compiler/toolchain work.
- Experience transitioning prototype or research code into stable, customer-ready software and working with OS release alignment constraints.
