Responsibilities

Drive technical and operational execution for quantum process integration and system-level readiness.

• Execute GF Labs quantum technology roadmap and align deliverables with strategic customer needs.
• Plan and lead customer joint development programs targeting large-scale quantum systems.
• Recruit, onboard, mentor, and scale a multidisciplinary integration team (physicists, process engineers, design enablement, project managers).
• Advocate technical milestones and ROI to business stakeholders; communicate progress clearly.
• Develop and prioritize system-level capabilities for hardware reliability, with emphasis on cryogenic operation readiness.
• Oversee process integration execution: optimize project scope and timelines and drive continuous improvement in quantum fabrication processes.
