Director of Supply Chain Program Management
Role Summary
Lead a portfolio of complex, high-value semiconductor product programs across the full lifecycle, from customer engagement and pre-tape-out planning through production ramp, sustained manufacturing, and end-of-life. Serve as the senior program authority interfacing with Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Sales, Marketing, and global manufacturing partners.
Expected base pay range (USD): 140,180 - 210,000 per year. Reasonable accommodation contact: TAOps@marvell.com.
Experience Level
Senior — 10–12 years of progressive experience in program management, supply chain, or product lifecycle leadership in semiconductor or high-tech environments.
Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include portfolio governance, executive customer engagement, partner management, and organizational leadership.
- Own and govern a portfolio of high-complexity programs from pre-tape-out through end-of-life.
- Establish portfolio-level governance: milestones, risk-escalation protocols, and executive review cadences.
- Be accountable for schedule, cost, supply continuity, and customer commitment performance.
- Lead executive-level customer engagements and pre-tape-out supply planning and alignment.
- Manage senior relationships with foundry (TSMC), OSAT, substrate suppliers, and logistics providers.
- Drive cross-functional decision-making across Engineering, Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Quality.
- Define and maintain portfolio dashboards, KPIs, and executive reporting using Oracle, Kinaxis, and Power BI.
- Oversee change management for engineering changes, demand shifts, and program pivots at scale.
- Own end-of-life strategy and execution, including last-time buys and supplier disengagement.
Requirements
Must-have:
- 10–12 years of progressive experience in program management, supply chain, or product lifecycle leadership in semiconductor or high-tech industries.
- Proven experience leading and scaling cross-functional global teams with direct people management responsibility.
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management; experience influencing C-suite and strategic customers.
- Deep operational knowledge of foundry, OSAT, substrate, and logistics partner ecosystems.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP, Kinaxis, Power BI; familiarity with Agile practices.
- Experience establishing portfolio-level program governance, risk-management frameworks, and executive reporting cadences.
- Eligibility to access export-controlled information; role may require export license review.
Nice-to-have:
- Experience with pre-tape-out customer engagements and long-range capacity strategy.
- Experience operating with global manufacturing partners at scale.
Education Requirements
Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Operations, or a related field is required. MBA is a plus.
