Director of Product Management, High Performance AI and Compute Product Line

Role Summary

Lead and scale the product management organization for the High-Performance AI and Compute (HPAC) product line within the Performance Computing Power division. Own product strategy, roadmap, portfolio economics, go-to-market readiness, and team development for multiphase voltage regulator solutions targeting AI, cloud infrastructure, data centers, servers, networking and related compute markets.

This role requires cross-functional leadership with engineering, sales, and marketing and involves frequent executive engagement and collaboration with distributed global teams.

Experience Level

Senior — requires 10+ years in product management, product marketing, or related roles with experience managing and launching products in data center, server, telecom, networking, or computing markets.

Responsibilities

Lead product, people, and process activities across the HPAC portfolio.

• Hire, develop, and retain product managers; define roles, success metrics, and accountability.
• Define and communicate product strategy and roadmap; align portfolio with market trends and business objectives.
• Develop market requirement documents, business cases, and competitive analyses for new product concepts.
• Monitor the product pipeline and KPIs for portfolio health, development progress, market traction, and revenue potential.
• Define pricing strategy, cost structure, and margin targets; optimize portfolio profitability.
• Create product management processes, templates, and decision frameworks to scale operations and launches.
• Ensure alignment and effective handoffs with engineering, marketing, sales, and global teams.
• Present strategy, portfolio health, and financial projections to senior leadership; secure executive alignment.
• Drive continuous improvement, documentation, and high-quality product collateral (presentations, errata, application notes, training material).

Requirements

Must-have experience and skills for immediate success in this role.

• 10+ years in product management, product marketing, or related roles (senior-level leadership experience).
• Proven experience launching and managing products in data center, server, telecom, networking, or compute markets.
• Technical understanding of power management applications and products relevant to high-performance computing.
• Track record of driving revenue growth and product market adoption.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and data-driven decision making.
• Clear communicator able to present complex technical concepts to technical and executive audiences.
• Proven interpersonal influence across teams, geographies, and cultures; experience leading change with measurable outcomes.
• Ownership mindset: high energy, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
• Experience building product management processes, scaling teams, and enabling mass-market operations.
• Experience working with distributed/global teams and cross-cultural collaboration.

Education Requirements

BS in Electrical Engineering or a related field required. MS or MBA is a plus.
