Responsibilities
Provide leadership, strategy, and operational oversight for design technology, automation, and AI-enabled engineering productivity initiatives.
- Lead managers and team leads; build and grow the Design Technology organization.
- Define strategy, priorities, and execution plans across strategic programs with project leaders.
- Develop, deploy, operate, and drive adoption of design tools, infrastructure, automation, and AI solutions that improve productivity, quality, and execution efficiency.
- Evolve engineering tools, environments, and workflows to support AI-driven development.
- Ensure high-quality enablement and support for internal engineering users through training, documentation, and continuous service improvement.
- Partner with methodology and engineering stakeholders to improve design and verification flows and adoption.

- Nice-to-have: Experience in CAD, design infrastructure, engineering productivity, automation, or AI-driven development environments.
- Nice-to-have: Demonstrated success leading large-scale engineering transformation, technology adoption, or AI enablement initiatives.
- Nice-to-have: Broad system-level understanding of modern chip design and verification flows; significant Front-End chip design or CAD experience (10+ years suggested).
