Digital Verification Manager
Role Summary
Lead and expand digital hardware verification capabilities for complex IC blocks and systems. Own verification strategy, delivery, and team growth while collaborating with RTL design, architecture, and global engineering teams.
Position is hybrid: typically 3 days per week in the Raanana office.
Experience Level
Senior — requires 7+ years in digital hardware verification, including SystemVerilog and UVM expertise; 3+ years of technical leadership and 2+ years of people management.
Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end verification activities, set technical direction, and grow the verification organization.
- Define and drive verification strategies, plans, methodologies, and quality standards.
- Lead development and ownership of UVM-based verification environments from spec to closure.
- Oversee verification execution, schedules, risk mitigation, and delivery quality.
- Recruit, build, and scale verification teams; manage performance and career development.
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and establish verification best practices.
- Collaborate with RTL design, architecture, and cross-functional teams to improve specifications and coverage.
- Coordinate with global engineering teams across geographies.
Requirements
Must-have skills and experience required for the role.
- 7+ years in digital hardware verification with strong SystemVerilog and UVM experience.
- Proven experience building complex UVM-based verification environments.
- 3+ years leading verification projects or technical teams; 2+ years people management.
- Experience defining verification strategies and driving projects from specification to verification closure.
- Proven ability to mentor engineers and implement technical best practices.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and stakeholder communication skills; fluent English.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams; occasional travel.
Nice-to-have:
- Experience ramping up or scaling verification teams and capabilities.
- Deep familiarity with digital design and RTL methodologies.
