Digital Verification Intern
Role Summary
Internship role supporting digital verification, integration, simulation, debugging and validation of digital and mixed-signal ICs using industry-standard ASIC tools. Work with senior digital and analog engineers on verification environments and test development for power-management and mixed-signal products.

Entry-level (Internship). No specific years of professional experience required; position is intended for students or recent graduates.
Responsibilities
Contribute to verification activities across digital and mixed-signal ASIC projects.
- Assist creating verification environments using SystemVerilog and UVM.
- Write digital and mixed-signal testcases, assertions, and checkers.
- Run simulations, analyze and debug test results, and review code and functional coverage.
- Support Verification IPs, standard tests, environments and checkers.
- Help generate test plans based on design requirements and datasheets.
- Collaborate with senior digital design, verification, and analog engineers to develop models.
- Implement automation and scripting for verification flows.
- Participate in gate-level verification.

- Ability to follow design specifications and execute assigned tasks to meet project milestones.
- Basic knowledge of the ASIC development flow and digital design techniques.
- Familiarity with behavioral/RTL coding practices.
- Knowledge of standard digital verification languages and methodologies (SystemVerilog, UVM).
- Good written and verbal communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Nice-to-have: SCAN and other DFT techniques, power-management domain knowledge, experience with I2C/I3C/SPI/USB/PMBus, scripting/automation with TCL, Python, or C/C++.
Education Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering with emphasis in Digital Design / VLSI coursework (as specified in the posting).
