Digital Test Engineer - Senior
Design and implement digital test solutions to support New Product Introduction (silicon validation and characterization) and manufacturing enablement for Qualcomm SoC products. Work with cross-functional teams (design, DFT/DFM, packaging, manufacturing) to deliver test plans, ATE programs, and diagnostic flows that ensure product quality and yield.
Senior — typically 3+ years of hardware engineering or related experience (posting also describes degree-specific alternatives; see Education Requirements).
Primary responsibilities include developing and validating digital test flows, supporting silicon bring-up, and enabling production test and diagnostics.
