Digital IC Verification Engineer (New Grad)

Role Summary

Perform functional and system-level verification of digital and mixed-signal ASICs and SoCs using industry-standard verification methodologies and tools. The role supports products for power management, automotive electronics, LED lighting, networking, and charging.

Experience Level

Entry-level (New graduate).

Responsibilities

Primary verification duties for digital and mixed-signal designs; deliverable-oriented role working within a verification team.

• Develop and execute module-level and system-level verification testbenches, test cases, and verification models.
• Build and maintain verification platforms and verification IP (UVM-based).
• Run RTL, netlist, and mixed-signal simulations and perform coverage analysis.
• Document test plans, test results, and coverage reports.
• Support FPGA bring-up and hardware verification as needed.

Requirements

Must-have skills and attributes for the role.

• Proficiency in Verilog/SystemVerilog and UVM for verification.
• Experience with RTL simulation and coverage analysis; familiarity with netlist-level and mixed-signal simulation workflows.
• Scripting proficiency (Perl, Tcl, Python) and comfortable working in Unix environments.
• Good English reading, writing, and verbal communication; ability to work in a team and follow engineering processes.
• Ability to independently complete tasks to a high standard and follow verification processes.
• Nice-to-have: prior ASIC SV/UVM verification experience and FPGA verification experience.

Education Requirements
