Role Summary

Entry-level verification engineer responsible for functional and system-level verification of digital and mixed-signal ASICs and SoCs used in power management and related products. Work includes building verification environments, writing tests and models, and recording results.

Entry-level / New graduate.

Responsibilities

Primary duties for this role include verification platform and test development and execution.

• Plan and complete verification for digital and mixed-signal chips.
• Develop verification platforms, module-level and system-level testbenches, and verification models.
• Create test cases and manage verification IP; run simulations and analyze coverage.
• Document test procedures, results, and coverage metrics.
• Use Verilog/SystemVerilog, UVM, and standard ASIC verification tools and flows.
• Support FPGA-based validation and assist in testing activities.

Requirements

Minimum skills and tools expected; preferred items noted.

• Proficient in Verilog/SystemVerilog and familiar with UVM methodologies (preferred ASIC SV/UVM experience).
• Experience with RTL simulation, coverage analysis, netlist-level simulation, and mixed-signal simulation tools.
• Familiarity with scripting and automation using Perl, TCL, Unix shell, or Python.
• Good English communication skills (reading, writing, speaking) and ability to work in a team.
• Ability to follow engineering processes independently and deliver work to a high standard.

Education Requirements

Background in microelectronics, electrical engineering, or a related technical field is indicated; no specific degree level (B.S./M.S./Ph.D.) is stated in the posting.
