Digital IC Design Engineer (New Grad)

Role Summary

Design and implement digital and mixed-signal ASIC/SoC blocks for power-management and related products. Collaborate with analog, test engineering, and application teams to deliver RTL, synthesis, verification, and FPGA bring-up.

This is an entry-level role intended for new graduates seeking hands-on ASIC digital design experience.

Experience Level

Entry-level — New graduate. Prior internship or ASIC/verification experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Deliver digital design tasks across the development flow and support verification and bring-up.

• Develop RTL and complete synthesis, timing closure, and implementation tasks.
• Perform formal verification and static timing analysis (STA).
• Support DFT activities and logic equivalence checking (LEC) as required.
• Collaborate with analog, TE, and application engineers for mixed-signal integration.
• Assist with FPGA verification and sample testing.

Requirements

• Proficient with scripting (Perl, TCL, Unix shell, or Python).
• Strong written and verbal English communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to follow engineering processes and complete tasks independently to a high standard.
• Familiarity with ASIC design and verification flows; prior ASIC experience is preferred.
• Exposure to digital simulation, synthesis, DFT, LEC, or STA is a plus.

Education Requirements
