Digital Design RTL Engineer
Role Summary
Design and deliver high-quality SystemVerilog RTL for advanced-node SoCs, driving designs from specification through timing closure and physical-design handoff. Work on performance, power, and area (PPA) optimization while collaborating with Architecture, Verification, and Physical Design teams.
Experience Level
Senior-level β requires approximately 8+ years of relevant industry experience (SoC integration, high-speed interfaces, or similar domains).
Responsibilities
Core responsibilities include end-to-end RTL design and cross-functional delivery:
- Develop and deliver SystemVerilog RTL from spec to timing closure.
- Optimize RTL for PPA (performance, power, area) in advanced process nodes.
- Perform CDC (clock domain crossing) and RDC (reset domain crossing) analysis and mitigation.
- Integrate with Architecture, Verification, and Physical Design teams to identify and mitigate risks.
- Prepare RTL for physical-design handoff and support timing closure activities.
- Apply low-power design techniques as required by the design.
Requirements
Must-have technical skills and experience; preferred items listed separately.

Education Requirements
B.S. in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) required; M.S. (MSEE) or Ph.D. preferred.
