Diagnostics & Test Project Analyst (up to Senior)
Role Summary
Project Analyst supporting the QCT Advanced Diagnostics & Test (ADT) Lab in Hsinchu. The role coordinates lab operations, material procurement, schedule tracking, reporting, and cross‑functional communication to keep ADT projects on schedule.
Works closely with ADT management, engineers, buyers, vendors, and global operations teams to manage material flow, maintain trackers and dashboards, and provide operational support as required.
Experience Level
Senior-level (title indicates up to Senior). Minimum experience: 3+ years in an analyst or equivalent role in a semiconductor or related organization; preferred ~5 years.
Responsibilities
Operate as the ADT lab project coordinator and maintain visibility into schedule, materials, and execution health.
- Partner with ADT lab management, engineers, QA, PMs, planners, buyers and vendors to align material availability with project schedules.
- Place and track orders for hardware, parts, lab equipment and accessories using QCT ordering systems; maintain accurate delivery records and trackers.
- Raise procurement requests and monitor purchase orders for third‑party purchases; follow up with vendors to ensure timely delivery.
- Initiate and track inbound/outbound shipments and update tracker files; communicate schedule pull‑ins and push‑outs and highlight risks weekly.
- Generate metric reports and dashboards (PowerBI) and prepare presentation materials (PowerPoint).
- Attend team meetings, capture notes, and track action items under ADT management guidance.
- Work with Finance to monitor spending against approved budgets.
- Provide occasional hands‑on lab setup and support analysis of engineering data under guidance; maintain and improve tracking systems and documentation.

- Minimum 3 years' experience in an analyst or equivalent role in semiconductor or related organization; ability to handle multiple parallel tasks with medium supervision.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills for regular interaction with global teams across time zones.
- Proven analytical, planning, organizational, problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
- Proficiency with ERP planning systems such as Oracle or SAP.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and PowerBI; experience with project tracking tools.
- Demonstrated initiative, professionalism, accountability, flexibility and ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing business needs.
- Comfortable coordinating across multiple stakeholders (buyers, planners, vendors, engineers) and escalating schedule or procurement risks.
- Preferred: ~5 years' experience in an analyst role or equivalent within a semiconductor organization.
Education Requirements
Acceptable education paths include a Bachelor’s degree (preferred) in Business Administration, Operations, Supply Chain/Logistics, Science, Engineering or a related field. Alternatives accepted per posting: Associate degree in a related field with professional experience, or High School diploma/equivalent with additional relevant work experience. Equivalent practical work experience is also considered.
