Primary focus on design-for-test (DFT) and design verification for digital blocks and system integration, including pre- and post-silicon support to improve yield and bring-up.

Experience Level

Senior-level. Years of experience not specified in the posting.

Responsibilities

Accountabilities include design-for-test implementation, verification, and post-silicon validation.

  • Implement and verify DFT architecture and features.
  • Perform scan insertion and ATPG pattern generation.
  • Verify ATPG patterns using gate-level simulation.
  • Analyze test coverage and identify test-cost reduction opportunities.
  • Provide post-silicon support for bring-up and yield improvement.
  • Collaborate with architecture, IP, physical design teams and product engineers to resolve issues and close silicon risks.
