Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities include DFT strategy, test development, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure manufacturable, testable silicon.

• Develop comprehensive DFT strategies for advanced semiconductor platforms.
• Collaborate with architecture, logic design, verification, and test teams to ensure robust chip design and manufacturing readiness.
• Generate and optimize test patterns using ATPG and methodological approaches.
• Perform chip bring-up activities and support lifecycle management and debug.
• Contribute to architectural definition and logic design decisions with testability in mind.

Requirements

Key technical skills and experience required or strongly preferred.

• Must-have: 4+ years of experience as a DFT engineer in a semiconductor company; practical experience in DFT implementation and chip bring-up.
• Nice-to-have: Proficiency in Verilog and SystemVerilog and familiarity with verification methodologies.
• Nice-to-have: Experience with ATPG, scan insertion tools, gate-level simulation, and static timing analysis.
• Nice-to-have: Strong scripting skills (Perl, Tcl) to automate flows and debug test infrastructure.
• Ability to work effectively in collaborative, international engineering teams.

Education Requirements
