DFT Engineer, Nitro Team
Design-for-Testability (DFT) engineer on the Nitro semiconductor team (Annapurna Labs / AWS Utility Computing). Develop and integrate DFT strategies, generate test patterns, and support chip bring-up to ensure testability and reliability of cloud infrastructure SoCs.
Work closely with RTL, verification, and physical design teams to deliver testable silicon for AWS compute platforms.
Mid-level β typically requires around 4+ years of semiconductor DFT engineering experience.
