Role Summary

Join the Annapurna Labs / AWS Graviton DFT team to design and verify design-for-test architectures and flows for complex SoCs that power AWS compute infrastructure. The role focuses on DFT architecture, test pattern development, timing analysis across DFT modes, verification of DFT logic, and supporting silicon bring-up.

Experience Level

Mid-level — typically requires 3+ years as a DFT engineer in a semiconductor company.

Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities include designing and validating DFT solutions and supporting device bring-up:

• Design and implement DFT architectures for complex semiconductor platforms.
• Develop robust test and debug patterns and flows.
• Perform static timing analysis across multiple DFT modes.
• Verify DFT logic and related components at RTL and gate level.
• Support silicon bring-up, failure analysis, and device diagnostics.
• Collaborate with SoC design, verification, and validation teams to integrate DFT into the design flow.

Requirements

Must-have skills and experience followed by preferred skills.

• Must-have: 3+ years of experience as a DFT engineer in a semiconductor company.
• Must-have: Hands-on experience with scan insertion tools and ATPG flows.
• Must-have: Experience with gate-level simulation and debugging DFT-related issues.
• Preferred: Verilog and SystemVerilog for DFT logic and testbench development.
• Preferred: Familiarity with verification platforms including UVM, FPGA prototyping, and emulator environments.
• Preferred: Advanced scripting skills (Perl, Tcl) for automation of DFT flows.

Education Requirements
