Job Title
DFT Engineer
Role Summary
Work on design-for-test (DFT) implementation and verification for ASIC designs, owning the CAD flow for assigned blocks and top-level integration. Collaborate with CAD, design, and manufacturing teams to define test strategies, implement DFT features, and support hardware bring-up.
Experience Level
Mid-level. Years of experience not specified.
Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include implementing and validating DFT solutions and ensuring test readiness of designs.
- Define and drive DFT requirements to meet customer specifications.
- Pick up, configure, and execute CAD/DFT tools and flows for assigned designs.
- Analyze, debug, and implement DFT features within the defined flow.
- Simulate and verify ATE test suites at IP, block, and top-level netlist.
- Define and implement test strategy for complex mixed-signal circuits.
- Collaborate with global CAD and design teams to fix flow issues and improve features.
- Provide debug support to the manufacturing test team during hardware bring-up.
- Create and maintain specifications and design documentation.
Requirements
