Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities include:

• Develop and implement DFT strategies for ASIC designs to improve test coverage and reduce manufacturing costs.
• Integrate DFT features into the design flow in collaboration with design and verification teams.
• Analyze test results and provide actionable feedback to design teams to improve product quality.
• Develop test patterns and test programs for various ASIC products.
• Participate in design reviews and advise on DFT-related aspects.
• Evaluate and adopt current DFT tools and methodologies to improve testing processes.

Requirements
