Responsibilities

Own DFT delivery from architecture through verification and production support. Key responsibilities include:

• Collaborate with customers to capture test requirements and define DFT strategy.

• Design DFT architecture, including scan architecture and TAP/JTAG implementation.
• Insert and validate MBIST and other embedded test structures.

• Support silicon bring-up, diagnosis, yield analysis, and volume production troubleshooting.

Requirements

• Experience with EDA DFT tools (examples: Siemens Tessent, Synopsys Tetramax, or similar).
• Willingness and ability to travel to the USA and other Asian locations as required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to interact with customers under schedule pressure.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage delivery constraints.
