Role Summary
Lead design verification for ASIC IP and SoC development, ensuring correctness, performance, and low-power operation of complex silicon. Work within an ASIC/SoC engineering team and collaborate with RTL, architecture, validation, and system teams to drive verification strategy and delivery.

Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include planning and executing verification for blocks and SoCs, coordinating across teams, and delivering high-quality silicon.
- Define verification strategy and plans for IP blocks and SoC-level integration.
- Develop and maintain verification environments, testbenches, and automation to validate RTL and silicon behavior.
- Drive debug and root-cause analysis during simulation and silicon bring-up.
- Collaborate with architects, RTL designers, validation, and systems teams to close verification gaps and meet schedule.
- Mentor and lead engineers; manage technical execution and deliverables within the verification team.
- Document verification results, coverage, and sign-off criteria for IP and SoC releases.

- Substantial experience in ASIC design verification, validation, integration, or related work at block and SoC level.
- Proven track record of leading verification efforts and coordinating cross-functional teams.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills for pre-silicon and post-silicon issues.
- Experience developing verification infrastructure and automation to achieve coverage and quality goals.
- Effective communication skills and experience mentoring or managing engineers.
- Nice-to-have: experience with low-power optimization, mixed-signal verification, or advanced system-level verification techniques.
Education Requirements
Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or a related field plus 6+ years of ASIC design/verification/validation/integration experience; OR Master's degree in Science, Engineering, or a related field plus 5+ years of such experience; OR PhD in Science, Engineering, or a related field plus 4+ years of such experience.
