Design Verification Lead
Role Summary
Lead verification efforts for high-speed transceiver and SerDes designs in the High-speed Data development team. The role focuses on creating and executing verification strategies to ensure robust, low-power high-speed designs in 28nm and 65nm processes for automotive and industrial applications.

Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include planning and executing verification activities and coordinating with design teams to meet product requirements.
- Define and drive verification strategy and plans for IP and top-level designs (SerDes, PHY, high-speed interfaces).
- Develop and maintain verification environments, testbenches, and regression suites (SystemVerilog/UVM or equivalent).
- Lead debugging and root-cause analysis for functional and timing issues across analog/digital boundaries.
- Coordinate cross-functional verification with design, DFT, and system teams to validate signal integrity and performance.
- Mentor and coordinate verification engineers, review verification deliverables, and report verification status to stakeholders.
- Contribute to verification automation and continuous integration to improve coverage and reduce cycle time.
