Design Verification Engineer
Role Summary
The Design Verification Engineer will verify next-generation DRAM and emerging memory products by developing verification plans, automations, and debug flows. The role partners with design and verification teams to close coverage, resolve issues, and support product signoff.

Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include planning and executing verification activities, debugging complex issues, and improving verification automation and productivity.
- Develop and execute verification plans, tests, regressions, and coverage strategies to validate functionality and timing.
- Debug design and verification issues, perform root-cause analysis, and coordinate cross-functional resolution.
- Build and maintain verification environments, scripts, and automation to improve efficiency.
- Support coverage closure, bug tracking, and verification signoff to meet quality and schedule goals.
- Apply AI-assisted tools and modern automation to streamline verification workflows and accelerate problem solving.
Requirements
Must-have technical skills and experience; preferred items listed separately.
- Understanding of CMOS circuits, semiconductor fundamentals, and digital and/or analog verification methodologies.
- Proven experience with SystemVerilog, UVM, SystemVerilog Assertions (SVA), and verification completeness techniques.
- Experience with simulation and verification environments (examples: Xcelium, SpectreFX, Verilog or similar).
- Experience developing automation or verification scripts using Python, Perl, or similar languages.
- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills in complex technical environments.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with global engineering teams.
Nice-to-have:
- Experience with Cadence and Synopsys tool flows.
- Experience in DRAM or memory product verification.
- Familiarity applying AI-enabled engineering tools to verification problems.
Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field - or equivalent practical experience.
