Design Verification Engineer
Role Summary
The Design Verification Engineer designs, verifies, and validates digital and analog circuits used in memory products. The role works with global design and verification teams and cross-functional groups (Product Engineering, Test, Probe, Process Integration, Assembly, Marketing) to ensure manufacturability, quality, reliability, and time-to-market.
Work focuses on silicon-to-systems solutions for advanced memory products; collaboration and technical rigor are required.

Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include:
- Design, layout support, and optimization of memory, logic, and analog circuits.
- Parasitic modeling, design validation, reticle experiments, and managing tape-out revisions.
- Oversee and manage layout tasks including floor‑planning, placement, and routing.
- Perform verification with modeling and simulation using industry-standard simulators.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Probe, Assembly, Test, Process Integration, and Product Engineering to ensure manufacturability.
- Drive cross-group communication toward standardization and improved design quality.
- Engage with Standards, CAD, modeling, and verification groups to incorporate best practices.
- Contribute to innovation for future memory generations; apply AI experience where relevant.
Requirements
Must-have skills and experience (concise):
- Practical experience in digital and analog circuit design and verification for semiconductor products.
- Experience with layout, floor‑planning, placement, routing, and tape‑out flows.
- Experience in parasitic extraction/modeling and design validation using simulation tools.
- Ability to perform verification using industry-standard simulators and modeling techniques.
- Proven cross-functional collaboration skills with engineering and manufacturing teams.
- Familiarity with manufacturability/DFM concerns and ability to incorporate feedback from Test, Probe, and Process Integration teams.
- Experience applying AI techniques to design or verification workflows is desirable.
