Role Summary

Responsibilities
Deliver and lead verification activities for mixed-signal IC projects and improve verification practices across the team.
- Define IC verification plans mapping product requirements to detailed testcases.
- Lead verification teams to achieve thorough verification and first-time silicon success.
- Design and implement reliable, reusable testbenches for complex subsystems and full ICs.
- Participate in verification specialist groups and contribute to methodology discussions and improvements.
- Coach and support team members to follow and improve verification practices.
- Hands-on involvement in project design and verification activities, including debug from RTL to gate level.
Requirements
Key technical skills and hands-on verification experience required; preferred skills listed separately.
Must-have:
- Proven track record delivering complex mixed-signal ICs.
- Metric-driven verification: verification planning, requirements extraction, directed and constrained-random verification, functional and code coverage analysis.
- SystemVerilog and SVA (SystemVerilog Assertions).
- Testbench design experience with verification frameworks such as UVM, OVM, e or VMM.
- Debugging skills across RTL, testbench, OOP, and gate-level (including SDF).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to interpret results and resolve issues.
Nice-to-have:
- Formal verification and qualification techniques.
- Scripting experience (Ruby, sh/csh, TCL, Make, Perl).
- Power-aware verification experience (CPF/UPF).
- Familiarity with object-oriented programming design patterns.
Education Requirements
BEng / BSc / MEng / MSc degree or equivalent in Electronics, Computer Science or a related discipline; equivalent practical experience is acceptable.
