Role Summary

Design and verification engineer responsible for verification of digital and analog circuits used in Micron memory products. The role works with global design and verification teams and supports product engineering, test, probe, process integration, assembly and marketing to ensure manufacturability, quality, reliability and timely product delivery.

Responsibilities

Typical responsibilities include:

• Contribute to development and optimization of Memory, Logic and Analog circuits for new product opportunities.
• Perform parasitic modeling and support build validation, reticle experiments, and tape-out revisions.
• Execute verification using modeling and simulation with industry-standard simulators.
• Coordinate cross-group communication to support standardization and project success.
• Work with Marketing, Probe, Assembly, Test, Process Integration, and Product Engineering to ensure manufacturability.
• Seek mentorship from Standards, CAD, modeling, and verification teams to improve build quality.
• Drive innovation for future memory generations within a dynamic environment.

• Must-have: Experience with circuit verification and modeling for digital and analog designs.
• Must-have: Proficiency with industry-standard simulation tools and verification flows.
• Must-have: Experience with parasitic extraction/modeling and tape-out/build validation activities.
• Must-have: Ability to collaborate across functions (product engineering, test, probe, process integration, assembly, marketing).
• Nice-to-have: Prior work on memory, logic or analog product development and familiarity with CAD/standards teams.
• Nice-to-have: Experience mentoring or improving team verification standards and processes.
