Role Summary

Design and verify digital and analog circuits used in memory product development. Collaborate with global design and verification teams and support Product Engineering, Test, Probe, Process Integration, Assembly and Marketing to ensure manufacturability, quality, reliability and time-to-market.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

• Contribute to the design and optimization of Memory, Logic, and Analog circuits for new products.
• Perform parasitic modeling and assist in design validation, reticle experiments, and required tape-out revisions.
• Execute verification using modeling and simulation with industry-standard simulators.
• Collaborate across groups to support standardization and improve design quality.
• Work with Marketing, Probe, Assembly, Test, Process Integration, and Product Engineering to ensure manufacturability.
• Solicit guidance from Standards, CAD, modeling, and verification groups to improve designs.
• Drive innovation for future memory generations within a dynamic environment.

Requirements

• Practical experience with circuit modeling and simulation using industry-standard tools.
• Experience in parasitic extraction, reticle experimentation, and tape-out support.
• Ability to work and communicate effectively across engineering and product teams.
• Proactive approach to improving design quality through collaboration with CAD, standards, and verification groups.
