Design Engineer
Role Summary
Principal-level analog design engineer based in Scottsdale, AZ, developing small-signal and protection semiconductor products for industrial, automotive and wireless markets. Work closely with application, R&D, foundry, product and marketing teams to take designs from concept through tapeout and product release.

Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include device and circuit design, verification, and cross-functional product delivery.
- Design, layout and verify protection and small-signal products to meet specifications.
- Use Cadence tools for schematic capture, simulations, DRC and LVS up to tapeout.
- Work with foundry PDKs for CMOS and BiCMOS process kits.
- Perform device and circuit analysis; drive design reviews and playback to device targets.
- Collaborate with marketing, product engineering and project managers to meet schedules and resolve issues.
- Accountability for product manufacturability and yield.
- Contribute to product roadmap and strategy; present results to stakeholders.
Requirements
