Experience Level

Mid-level. No specific years of experience specified.

Responsibilities

Provide verification and design support across the memory design flow from array to interface block.

  • Perform full-chip functional verification for memory development projects.
  • Create verification plans based on composition specifications.
  • Develop SystemVerilog testbenches and apply SystemVerilog assertions to achieve functional coverage.
  • Collaborate with digital design teams to debug and validate test cases.
  • Contribute to mixed-signal circuit design, circuit simulation, optimization, and floor planning.
  • Support novel concept development for DRAM and emerging memory technologies.

Requirements

Must-have technical skills and tools for immediate contribution.

  • Proven experience with full-chip functional verification and verification plan development.
  • Proficiency with UNIX and Cadence design environments (simulation, schematic entry, SPF extraction).
  • Experience with circuit-level verification using analog, SPICE, and Verilog tools.
  • Familiarity with SystemVerilog assertions and verification methodologies; testbench development experience.
  • Basic understanding of semiconductor physics and electronic circuits.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with digital design teams to isolate and resolve functional issues.

Nice-to-have:

  • Experience with design-for-test (DFT) methodologies for memory products.
  • Exposure to RTL verification, static timing analysis (STA), or timing-accurate Verilog.
