Customer Technology & Solutions Architecture

Role Summary

Lead hands-on technical engagements with strategic customers to define solutions across memory, packaging, and systems. Act as the primary technical interface for assigned accounts and ensure customer needs are translated into product, architecture, and technology decisions.

The team operates at the intersection of customers, architecture, and engineering to solve system-level challenges and influence product roadmaps.

Experience Level

Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Serve as the primary technical interface for assigned strategic customers.
  • Engage customer architects and engineers across component, package, and system levels.
  • Define customer problems and co-develop cross-domain technical solutions.
  • Translate customer needs into clear inputs for product, architecture, and technology teams.
  • Act as ongoing technical owner for key accounts, supporting reviews, evaluations, and issue resolution.

Requirements

Must-have technical skills and experience:

  • Proven experience with DRAM, memory systems, or complex hardware platforms.
  • Experience working directly with strategic customers in technical or architecture-facing roles.
  • Ability to operate across die, package, and system boundaries and translate system-level challenges.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and semi-technical audiences.

Nice-to-have:

  • Experience with advanced memory architectures or packaging technologies shipped in production.
  • Familiarity with LLM/AI productivity tools.
  • Direct engagement with tier-1 customers or ecosystem partners and a track record of influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority.

Education Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Preferred: Master's degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
