Customer Program Manager - Feature‑Rich CMOS Product Line
Role Summary
The Customer Program Manager is the external advocate for customers of the feature‑rich CMOS product line, combining technical understanding with program leadership to ensure customer requirements are delivered predictably. This role drives alignment across Product, Engineering, Applications/FAE, Quality, and Sales and owns program execution, risk management, and customer communication.

Responsibilities
The role leads customer programs end-to-end and maintains clear, proactive customer communication and risk management.
- Serve as internal voice of the customer and ensure customer priorities inform internal decisions.
- Lead customer programs from requirements through execution and delivery; manage schedules, dependencies, milestones, and deliverables.
- Maintain RAID (risks, actions, issues, decisions) tracking and defined escalation paths.
- Translate system-level customer requirements into actionable internal requirements and validation criteria.
- Partner with engineering and FAEs to resolve technical issues: bring-up, integration, qualification, errata, reliability, and performance gaps.
- Drive clarity on scope, timelines, and tradeoffs to avoid over-commitment; ensure aligned internal commitments.
- Prepare customer-facing status reports, executive summaries, and decision options.
- Coordinate across Engineering, Product, FAEs, Quality, Operations, and Sales to remove blockers and deliver outcomes.
- Support QBRs, roadmap reviews, and critical customer escalations with fact-based narratives.
- Capture customer learnings and feed insights into roadmap, documentation, collateral, and process improvements.
Requirements
