Job Title

Customer (Hyperscalers) Program/Product Manager

Role Summary

The Customer Program/Product Manager (CPM) leads end-to-end execution of strategic customer programs for hyperscaler accounts, coordinating engineering, product, operations, quality, and sales to meet customer milestones, engineering samples, and volume ramps.

The role is the operational owner for customer engagements, driving program visibility, risk mitigation, and on-time delivery in a supply-constrained, fast-paced semiconductor environment focused on AI power-delivery products.

Experience Level

Senior β€” typically 8+ years of relevant experience in program management, product management, or operations within semiconductors, power electronics, or infrastructure markets.

Responsibilities

Own program delivery and coordinate cross-functional teams to satisfy customer requirements, schedules, and volume ramps.

  • Manage scope, schedules, milestones, risks, and deliverables for assigned customer programs.
  • Coordinate supply chain, manufacturing, and capacity planning to support volume ramps and escalate constraints.
  • Plan, forecast, and track engineering sample builds and shipments; enforce NPI gates and readiness reviews.
  • Lead internal and customer-facing program reviews and provide transparent status updates on schedule, quality, supply, and risks.
  • Establish execution dashboards and KPIs; escalate critical issues with data-driven recommendations.

Requirements

Core competencies and experience required to perform the role.

  • Must-have:
    • 8+ years in program/product/operations management within semiconductors, power electronics, or infrastructure markets.
    • Proven experience managing complex, high-visibility customer programs and cross-functional teams without direct authority.
    • Strong understanding of NPI processes, supply chain operations, and volume ramp execution.
    • Excellent communication, executive presentation, organization, and stakeholder-management skills.
    • Analytical skills to build and maintain structured execution dashboards and KPIs.
  • Nice-to-have:
    • Experience with power-delivery products (VRMs, multiphase controllers, Smart Power Stages, power modules) or AI infrastructure customers.
    • Prior work in environments with constrained supply and rapid ramp requirements.

Education Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is specified.
