Role Summary

Join our CPU Verification Team and engage in design verification tasks, including testbench development and regression debugging. This position involves supporting design, implementation, and system-level validation/debug across a range of product lines, from consumer graphics to self-driving cars and artificial intelligence.

Experience Level

We are looking for recent graduates with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience. Applicants should have at least 6 months of relevant experience in CPU verification or validation, along with a strong programming foundation.

Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Defining, planning, implementing, and executing verification strategies for complex CPU designs.
  • Collaborating with design engineers to determine detailed verification scope.
  • Developing detailed verification test plans.
  • Creating a scalable constrained-random verification environment using SystemVerilog and UVM.
  • Driving stimulus and coverage strategy to ensure consistency towards tape-out.
  • Identifying continuous improvements in verification flows and processes.
  • Handling multiple tasks and projects concurrently.

Requirements

We require candidates to possess the following qualifications:

  • Strong programming knowledge in SystemVerilog, Python, C, C++, and assembly.
  • Understanding of CPU architectures such as ARM A64 and X86.
  • Ability to delve into the lowest level details of CPU unit design specifications and their implications.

Education Requirements

A recent Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent). Candidates with 6 months of experience in CPU verification will be considered.
