CPU Design Methodology Engineer
Senior-level ASIC/SoC methodology engineer on the NVIDIA CPU team responsible for developing system-level methodologies, automation, and RTL integration to enable efficient SOC creation.
Work closely with ASIC unit teams, Physical Design, CAD, Package Design, Software, and DFT teams. Position is posted for multiple locations (primary office: Hillsboro, OR).
Senior β typically requires 8+ years of chip design experience.
Deliver and maintain front-end methodology, automation, and quality for CPU SOC projects.
Must-have skills and experience.
Master's degree in Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent practical experience; related technical degrees accepted. (The posting explicitly allows equivalent experience in lieu of the degree.)
